Lamway expects positive performance in 2021 despite challenges from Covid-19

Lamway Hotel Management Group says he sees 2021 end on a positive note and with signs of optimism for its business – close to 2019 figures, despite the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19).

A Greek company specializing in the development and management of hotel units, Lamway also offers advisory services to owners and investors. Its portfolio includes 23 hotels in 12 Greek destinations.

In an announcement, Lamway said that although Greece’s tourist season was launched later (late June) compared to previous years, tourists’ desire for a relaxing and carefree vacation time has contributed to the increased demand for Greek island destinations as well as the extension of the tourist season until the beginning of November.

Lamway stressed that his team has ensured that his partner hotels are running smoothly during the 2021 summer season.

“We remain optimistic about the tourist season next year and look forward to a more productive summer in 2022, in terms of revenue and occupancy rates. The circumstances of the international market led us to the decision to implement a structured strategy in hotel management as well as in the areas of marketing and sales, ”said the CEO of Lamway. Dimosthénis Leontis noted.
